A boy is drawing attention on TikTok for his “infectious” enthusiasm for his grandfather’s arrival

A little boy and his grandfather appear to be spreading smiles on social media after their bond was shared in a mashup video that garnered nearly a million views on TikTok.

The grandfather, affectionately known as “Bop,” has a close relationship with his 2-year-old grandson, Brooks Vanhoy.

Brooks’ mother, Shelby Vanhoy, told Fox News Digital via email that she and her family moved to North Carolina from New York City to be closer to family, and her son’s bond with his father, Mike Vanhoy, grew tremendously.
