Blake Lively celebrates her birthday with her husband Ryan Reynolds in Rhode Island

Washington (US), August 25 (ANI): Actress Blake Lively, known for her roles in ‘The Age of Adaline’, ‘The Shallows’, ‘It Ends with Us’ and others, is celebrating her birthday today, August 25. She made her day special by spending some relaxing time with husband Ryan Reynolds in Rhode Island, People reported.

Lively and Reynolds, 47, shared an intimate moment as the ‘Deadpool-Wolverine’ actor was seen wearing dark sunglasses, a baseball cap and a button-down shirt. Lively wore an orange halterneck top and her hair was pulled back into a bun.

Swift and Lively have been friends for a long time and were first spotted together nearly 10 years ago. The “Karma” singer even brought Lively along when she cheered on Kelce at the 2024 Super Bowl in February.

Meanwhile, Lively and Reynolds have had a busy few weeks. This month’s releases of It Ends with Us and Deadpool/Wolverine marked the first time in more than 30 years that a married couple’s film topped the box office at the same time. The last time a couple enjoyed box office success was in 1990, when Bruce Willis and Demi Moore appeared in Die Hard 2 and Ghost.

It Ends with Us grossed over $50 million in its opening weekend, while Deadpool/Wolverine earned $54.2 million.

Reynolds previously joked that the box office competitiveness of his films this month was “the only time in my life where I ever dreamed of coming in second.” “No, I think that’s the sign of a good relationship,” he added, before sharing details about his relationship with Lively. “It’s always been kind of a constant between Blake and I — we really support each other.” Lively earlier revealed during the New York City premiere of ‘It Ends with Us’ that Reynolds wrote the “iconic rooftop scene” from the film. She added about her husband at the time, “We help each other out. He works on everything I do; I work on everything he does. So his wins, his celebrations are mine and mine are his,” People reported.
