New photos reveal Chiefs heiress Ava Hunt’s luxurious bedroom

Ava Hunt is starting her freshman year at Southern Methodist University in style.

The 18-year-old daughter of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt settled into her bedroom at the Texas institution last week, and her mother, Tavia Hunt, posted new photos of the accommodations that feature plenty of pink accessories, including a neon sign above the bed and a dreamy vanity.

“I left a piece of my heart at SMU today. Ava Hunt, you have always been a mix of sunshine and hurricane: fierce, fearless, and capable of incredible things. I am overflowing with emotion for you, even as I save my tears for later. I am wading through emotions as I pass by your now too-clean room, the house is too quiet without your laughter, and Chief and I already miss the familiar scent of your Sol de Janeiro body deodorant,” Tavia shared in a heartfelt Instagram post on August 23.

“I know you will be back often and this marks a new adventure and freedom for both of us…however, I whisper fervent prayers for your safety, wisdom, and for a tribe of new sisters who love Jesus and love you. May God bless you and watch over you; He has never failed me, nor will He fail you. I am excited for the lessons you will learn about God’s faithfulness in the coming months. Watching you shine your light and grow into the most beautiful version of yourself makes my heart beat a little happier. You have worked so hard to get here. Everything you do from now on is for you, your success, your happiness, and God’s glory. Acts 20:24 Take care of yourself. Sleep. Have faith in yourself. And remember, Mom and Dad are ALWAYS here when you need us. I love you MORE.”

Ava, who appears to be on the mend after undergoing emergency surgery following a horrific hiking accident earlier this month, revealed in March that she had committed to the SMU cheerleading team.

She enjoyed her last spring dance in April before graduating in May.

It was an epic senior year for Ava, who mingled with Taylor Swift at Arrowhead Stadium in December as the pop superstar cheered on her boyfriend, Kansas City star tight end Travis Kelce.

Ava and the Hunt family then opened 2024 with a second straight Super Bowl victory after the Chiefs defeated the 49ers in overtime in Las Vegas, 25-22.

The Chiefs, who defeated the Eagles in the 2023 Super Bowl, will begin their quest for a three-peat on Thursday, Sept. 5, when they host the Ravens at Arrowhead.

Kansas City eliminated Baltimore in January’s AFC Championship Game en route to February’s Super Bowl.
