DELHI, N.Y. (WBNG) – The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office announced a sentence in an attempted robbery case Wednesday.

The district attorney’s office said James Fuller, 41, of Fulton, New York, pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree robbery on Aug. 26. He will serve a sentence of between one and a half and three years in prison for the crime.

The office said Fuller entered a barn on State Highway 10 in the town of Harpersfield “with the intent to commit a crime there.”

In addition to his sentence, Fuller must provide a DNA sample for inclusion in the New York State DNA Data Bank and pay fines and surcharges.

Fuller was sent to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office to begin his sentence.
