Shreveport Police Department searching for man missing for weeks

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport Police are searching for a man who has been missing since August 21.

On August 28, the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing man, 23-year-old Ray Pipkins.

Pipkins was last seen in Shreveport, Louisiana, on August 21. He is described as 5’8″ tall and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Pipkin’s family has not seen or heard from him in nearly two weeks and are deeply concerned for him.
