There are likely to be other victims after a Gladstone man allegedly exposed himself in a park

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Gladstone man is charged after allegedly exposing himself to a woman who was walking in a popular park.

Officers arrested Hector G. Ramirez, 22, who faces one count of first-degree sexual misconduct.

Police responded to Hobby Hill Park sometime over the weekend of August 24 and 25. Gladstone police said they responded to multiple reports involving the same person.

Investigators said they believe there are more victims and witnesses who had similar interactions involving Ramirez.
