East Taunton man dies after motorcycle accident

A 39-year-old East Taunton man died after a motorcycle accident Tuesday, according to Taunton police.

Officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle motorcycle crash near 150 Charles F. Colton Road at 1:51 p.m., police said in a statement Tuesday night.

The victim was taken to Morton Hospital in Taunton, where he was later pronounced dead, the statement said.
