Canandaigua man accused of forcibly touching worker at apartment complex

A Canandaigua man was arrested on Sept. 3 for forcible touching.

Police say David A. Roedts, 53, while working at an apartment complex, allegedly grabbed a tenant’s buttocks during a maintenance visit that same day around 11:20 a.m.

Roedts was arrested by the Canandaigua Police Department and transported to the Ontario County Jail where he awaits central arraignment.
